About Me

I’m an education policy strategist and equity-focused leader dedicated to expanding access and opportunity in postsecondary education. My career has spanned classrooms, admissions offices, ed tech startups, education nonprofits, and public sector strategy—giving me a 360-degree view of the systems that shape student outcomes.

Today, I partner with state agencies, universities, community colleges, and national funders to design and implement data-driven, equity-centered solutions that help more students access, succeed, and thrive in higher education. Whether shaping policy frameworks, securing sustainable funding, or demonstrating measurable impact, I’m committed to building programs that don’t just serve the easiest-to-reach students, but the ones who need them most.

In addition to my policy and strategy work, I’m a freelance writer exploring themes of identity, culture, and social change, with bylines in Autostraddle and LGBTQ Nation. In addition to my own work, I maintain a small ghostwriting and content consulting practice.

I’m also the founder of Fridge & Quill, a boutique lifestyle brand crafting small-batch, hand-poured resin alphabet magnets that celebrate everyday creativity.
